GreenErasmus-RheinAhrCampus Clothes Swap in Remagen

Hi everyone! My name is Pravesh and I am an Erasmus exchange student from Pondicherry University, Puducherry, India. I`m doing my Erasmus exchange semester at RheinAhrCampus. I want to share my thoughts about Clothes Swap, one of the Green Erasmus Projects. Since I started shopping for my Exchange semester in India, I was worried that I might go overboard with my shopping cart and waste my money while increasing my Carbon Footprint. It was a relief to get to know that the GreenErasmus-RheinAhrCampus Team organizes Clothes Swap for the Winter Semester students to get winter clothing for free from those left by the seniors. Though the idea of wearing secondhand clothes is not that prevalent in India, coming from a middle-class family and being the youngest child means you always have to wear what your brother used. Green Life with GreenMap of Tbilisi

Hi everyone! I am Salome, an Erasmus exchange student from Business and Technology University, Tbilisi, Georgia. And I am doing my Winter Semester 2021-2022 at RheinAhrCampus. I want to share a story about the unique opportunity I got even before my exchange semester started in Remagen. This is a story how I worked with students from all over the world in the team of GreenErasmus-RheinAhrCampus and how together, we created the GreenMap of Tbilisi.  During the Summer Semester 2021, as part of the International Business Simulation Course, students at RheinAhrCampus formed the GreenErasmus-RheinAhrCampus Company, which brought together students from more than ten different countries! In one team, they worked on development of sustainable practices for a healthier and greener student life globally.  The idea of GreenErasmus-RheinAhrCampus was to guide students to a greener lifestyle with the help of the GreenMap that shows all sustainable places in the neighborhood. During my studies at RheinAhrCampus, I had a great chance to be part of many interesting projects and in this blog, I want to share a story of the life-changing experience I had with GreenErasmus-RheinAhrCampus. GreenErasmus-RheinAhrCampus is a company created and run by students of "International Business Simulation" course. It works with the concept of GreenErasmus, the mission of which is to engage universities worldwide in the exchange of green practices and to empower students to live and act sustainably.
